Palomo helps horse owners, barns, transporters, dispatchers, and drivers coordinate transport requests, quotes, bookings, payments, documents, and trip updates. Transporters remain responsible for operating safely, legally, and within their insurance and authority.
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting login credentials, and using the workspace only for lawful horse transport activity. Palomo may limit access when account, verification, payment, or safety information is incomplete or inaccurate.
Quotes should reflect the route, timing, equipment, horse requirements, and included services. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment step is completed. Stripe or another payment processor may handle card, bank, deposit, and balance collection.
Transporters are responsible for licensing, insurance, equipment condition, driver qualifications, humane handling, route planning, required rest and care, accurate milestones, and compliance with applicable transport rules.
Owners and barn managers are responsible for accurate horse information, pickup and delivery access, health documents, disclosure of handling or medical needs, and timely payment of accepted quotes.
Documents and trip updates are provided to reduce uncertainty during transport. Users should still verify legal, health, insurance, and compliance requirements before travel.
