The Lexington and Northeast corridors fill first. Locking pickup in October is normal for high-mileage moves.

Coggins, health cert, and Florida entry papers.
Florida requires negative Coggins within 12 months and a health certificate within 30 days. Palomo attaches these to the booking automatically.

Confirm gate access at PBIEC.
Trailers enter via Pierson Rd or South Shore. Drivers need your stable assignment and barn manager contact 48h before arrival.

Plan an overnight on legs over 12h.
Standard practice for Lexington, the Northeast, and the Midwest. Layovers are scheduled at vetted barns; included or quoted as a clear add-on.

Decide deposit vs. pay-in-full.
Deposits hold the slot and unlock pickup; balance settles after delivery. Most owners pay deposit at booking, balance after the trip is marked complete.
