Information We Collect
Palomo may collect account details, role and company information, horse records, trip requests, quotes, bookings, payment status, uploaded document metadata, messages, and trip milestone updates.
How We Use Information
We use information to run the marketplace, match owners with transporters, support quoting and booking, coordinate trips, display driver credentials and reviews, process payments, prevent misuse, and improve the product.
How Information Is Shared
Trip, quote, profile, document, and tracking information may be shared with the owners, barn teams, transport companies, dispatchers, and drivers involved in a booking. Payment providers and infrastructure vendors may process information needed to provide Palomo.
Security And Retention
We use access controls and operational safeguards to protect marketplace data. We keep information while it is needed for account, booking, payment, compliance, trust, support, or legal purposes.
Your Choices
You can update account and workspace information from the dashboard where available. In the iOS app, open Account and choose Delete account to remove your account. For document or privacy requests, contact privacy@palomo.app.
