Eight FEI weeks in the Coachella Valley
From Wellington's WEF circuit to Ocala's WEC, from Scottsdale's WestWorld to Tryon's TIEC - every January, the Coachella Valley pulls hauls from every winter horse-sport hub in the country. Desert International Horse Park runs ten weeks of national and FEI hunter/jumper competition from January 7 through March 15, with eight FEI-rated weeks and two added Desert Spring Break weeks pushing the season into late March. Just up the road, Eldorado and Empire polo clubs run winter polo through April. Palomo lines up transporters who know the Airport Boulevard gate at DIHP, time loading windows around desert heat, and coordinate layovers at vetted So-Cal barns for the cross-country runs from Florida and Kentucky.
Verified for the Desert Circuit
Every Thermal-rated transporter has insurance, USDOT authority, trailer specs, and DIHP venue experience reviewed before they quote a winter circuit move.
Coachella Valley corridors
Drivers know the Airport Boulevard entrance to DIHP, the back gates to Eldorado and Empire polo clubs, and the La Quinta training-barn lanes. No staging-lot delays.
Heat-aware desert protocols
Loading windows shift to early morning or overnight, layovers at vetted So-Cal barns are written into trips over 10 hours, and air-ride trailers are the default.
